Every Zenith bicycle is manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility, where aerospace-grade precision meets artisanal attention to detail. Our proprietary carbon layup process, developed through years of research and refinement, ensures optimal strength-to-weight ratios in every frame.

Each frame undergoes over 30 quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process, including ultrasonic testing and computer-guided alignment verification.
